I, being of legal age, confirm that:

If I am signing on my own behalf, I am the interviewee and of legal age;

If I am signing on behalf of the interviewee, I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child named below and have the authority to grant this consent.

I consent that the interviewee’s name (or a pseudonym, if preferred) and all photographs, video recordings, digital images, audio recordings, interview material, and/or statements in which the interviewee appears in connection with the interview conducted may be used by Thomas Tison Yacht Design SARL (“TTYD”), in any manner deemed appropriate by TTYD but solely in relation to yacht design and construction activities. This includes the use of any printed or digital materials containing such content.

I agree that such images, recordings, and other materials in any format shall be the property of TTYD. TTYD shall have the right to duplicate, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, compile, publish, distribute, broadcast, and otherwise use such materials without my or the interviewee’s prior approval. Such uses may include, but are not limited to, posting on TTYD websites, social media, promotional content, public information, or for any other commercial or non-commercial purpose. This use is free of any cost or claim whatsoever on my part or on behalf of the minor child.

This authorization applies exclusively to the interview, photos, and/or recordings made during this session and does not extend to future interviews or materials. Consent may be revoked within 14 days from the date of signature by emailing info@thomastison.com. Any revocation within this period will prevent the publication or use of the materials.
