A PROJECT TO UNITE FANS OF SAILING IN THE MED
The 1st of May 2025, the Mediterranean Records Network will open with routes connecting Corsica, Portofino, St-Tropez, the Balearic Islands to the Bay of Monaco.
We are launching this service to facilitate the competition of boats of all ages outside of the restraints of schedules, and simplify race organizations for the pleasure of owners and the passion for speed.
With a history in designing innovative boats and in the America’s Cup, the same thinking had to be brought to racing itself.
I look forward to opening this new chapter, for owners of foiling boats, classic yachts (all yachts designed before 1950), record machines and our own designs as they develop.
THE RECORDS NETWORK IN 6 KEY POINTS
– 4 Record routes, 2 coastal and 2 offshore
– Fully digital experience, simple, transparent and fast
– Routes that coincide with the main cruising destinations, to make the best of your leisure time
– A leaderboard for each route updated automatically, to compete against friends and other sailors
– Records which are open without limitation of boat technicalities and weather
– A specifically developed program that automatically analyse your GPS log file for verification
Records are as much about fun as they are for serious competition.
While normal races are limited by weather conditions, these records can be made for best performance, and routes followed one way or the other.

coastal course, 45 nm
– Monaco Bay to Portofino or back
coastal course, 100 nm
– Monaco Bay to Calvi or back
offshore course, 100 nm
– Monaco Bay to Mahon or back
offshore course, 260 nm
Coastal records are open to foiling dinghies and smaller classic yachts.
