JUNIOR AND SENIOR BOAT BUILDERS

Key Skills:

  • We are primarily seeking professionals of all ages with expertise in composite or wood construction, which is the foundation of our craft.

  • Finishing

Role Description:

  • Junior Builders:
    • Contribute to essential tasks as part of the team under the guidance of experienced colleagues, while developing their skills.
  • Senior Builders:
    • Take charge of specific tasks within their expertise, ensuring precision and quality.
    • Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Work effectively using technical plans.

HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all phases of the construction process.
  • Interpret and manage technical plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and external experts to maintain our high standards of excellence.
  • Report directly to the General Manager (you will work closely with me).

Practical Information

  • Location: Villefranche-sur-Mer (near Nice).
  • Start Date: Winter 2025.
