The Airborn in the Media

Since its launch in February 2026, the Airborn Foiler has quickly become a hot topic in the sailing press. Outlets like YACHT describe it as an “innovative flying machine with a brain,” praising its electric foil control, effortless flight starting at just 6 knots of wind up to 30 knots top speed with minimal physical effort and a simple “press ON and go” experience.

Major coverage from BATEAUX, and others highlights its accessibility for sailors of all levels (45–95 kg with four sail sizes), lightweight 41 kg design using, safety features like self-draining and unsinkable hull, and ready-to-sail pricing around €17,700. Positioned as the next evolution in single-handed dinghies, from Laser/Finn to skiffs and now foiling, the Airborn is celebrated for making high-performance foiling fun, safe, and approachable, with production starting in May and strong early interest.
